There is No Need of Convincing Bitcoin Non-believers
Cryptocurrencies have been around for a while; many people have embraced them and benefitted while others have concerns about them. The attempt to persuade the people outside the cryptocurrency domain about Bitcoin and altcoins has been difficult. Even this year, many people are not interested in engaging in an open dialog.
When it comes to Bitcoin, it is a topic that many people find controversial. Until now, it is still quite contentious. It is such that many people believe that it does not have value or it is a pyramid scheme.
A popular argument is that Bitcoin is unregulated. However, it is not valid, as regulation is based on an individual’s region. People frequently mention a shortcoming for Bitcoin: nothing is backing it. However, the fact is that it is the underlying strength of any crypto on the market today.
It is unfortunate that the people who maintain a negative mindset against cryptos cannot be convinced of the contrary. It seems unnecessary to try to convince them. What is necessary is discussions with people who have an interest in them and as time passes, more people will see the indisputable purpose of Bitcoin.
Most of the technology accepted and adopted by everyone today passed through cycles of non-believers. For instance, many people did not believe in the internet, computers, smartphones, as well as video games.
Therefore, there is no need to waste time and effort arguingabout the purpose. Instead, more time and effort should be devoted to the development of stronger ecosystems to pave the way for broader adoption. More efforts need to be in place for Bitcoin to be more convenient.
