SEBA Crypto Bank Expands Its Services To Nine New Countries
SEBA Crypto AG, a crypto-focused banking firm, has expanded its services to nine new nations. SEBA is based in Zug crypto valley in Switzerland. The startup’s aim is to offer the crypto industry with banking services that it has lacked for very long time.
SEBA made this move after it received a Swiss banking license. It obtained the licence in August and started full operations just a month ago.
The company revealed in a press statement that, it had expanded into nine new counties. They include Austria, Portugal, Singapore, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Netherlands, United Kingdom and Italy.
In the firm’s statement, it criticized the great discrepancies that exist between traditional financial institutions and the crypto industry. It said there is still a wide gap between these two financial institutions, even after Bitcoin’s 10 years of existence.
The firm provides a wide of banking services to its customers. It enables its clients to open bank accounts, and offer them an e-wallet alongside its SEBA card. It also allows them to tokenize all forms of assets, including real estates and investment products. SEBA currently allows its clients to manage five cryptocurrencies, including ETH, Litecoin and Stellar, among others. The customers can seamlessly exchange their cryptos into fiat via the SEBA platform, and vice versa.
SEBA’s aim is that this new expansion will enable them to bridge the gap between digital currencies and the traditional banking system.
